Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies

- Source candidates through multiple hiring channels and platforms

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments

- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers

- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle

- Assist in onboarding and documentation for current hires

- Stay updated on industry trends and HR best practices

Qualifications & Skills

- Prior exposure or interest in recruitment and HR operations

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
