About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who are eager to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various hiring requirements while working closely with the Talent Acquisition team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and develop expertise in bulk hiring and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, databases, and referrals.
- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Support bulk hiring and volume recruitment projects.
- Generate quality lineups and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities whenever required.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate from any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience can apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is preferred.
- Candidates with prior exposure to recruitment, sourcing, or bulk hiring will have an added advantage.
- Candidates from HR Consultancies/Recruitment Agencies will be given preference.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

- Stipend: 8,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: 1,000 for every RM (Relationship Manager) joining generated by the trainee.
- Hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
