Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our manufacturing organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies across technical, non-technical, and managerial positions.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Understand manpower requirements from various departments and prepare recruitment plans.
2. Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, Sahi Job, Unstop, referrals, and social media.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
4. Coordinate face-to-face interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
5. Recruit candidates for production, design, quality, purchase, stores, sales, service, accounts, and administrative departments.
6. Maintain a database of candidates, interview schedules, feedback, and recruitment status.
7. Follow up with selected candidates regarding salary negotiations, offer letters, and joining dates.
8. Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per the recruitment targets.
9. Conduct follow-ups with selected candidates to reduce offer dropouts and joining delays.
10. Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly recruitment reports for management.
11. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
12. Support joining formalities, document collection, and coordination with the HR team.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong screening, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tracking.
- Target-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of technical and manufacturing recruitment is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified candidates sourced and screened.
- Number of interviews scheduled and attended.
- Number of positions closed within the defined timelines.
- Candidate joining ratio and offer acceptance rate.
- Quality of hires and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Accuracy of recruitment reports and candidate records.
