- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Manage employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Support HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 13 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
