Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee onboarding, exit formalities, and grievance handling.

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.

- Handle joining formalities for recent employees, including induction programs and training schedules.

- Provide support in resolving employee-related issues through effective grievance redressal mechanisms.

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in an HR role in the Engineering & Construction industry.

- Strong understanding of HR administration, coordination, and operations.

- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
