Job Summary:

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment: Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening and interviews.
2. Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits,



including leave policies and other advantages.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records. Requirements:

6. 3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
7. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and laws.
8. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
