Role & responsibilities

1. Plant HR Operations

- Manage day-to-day HR activities at the plant.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline and employee relations.
- Ensure effective implementation of company HR policies.
- Coordinate with Site Incharge and manpower requirements.

2.Manpower & Recruitment

- Manage manpower planning and recruitment for permanent and contract employees.
- Maintain manpower and vacancy reports.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, offer, onboarding and joining formalities.

3.Attendance & Time Office

- Manage biometric attendance, shift schedules, leave and overtime.
- Monitor absenteeism, late coming and manpower deployment.
- Prepare daily/monthly attendance and manpower reports.

4.Employee Relations & IR

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Support domestic enquiry, show-cause notices and disciplinary actions.

5.Training & Development





- Identify training requirements and prepare training calendars.
- Maintain training records and monitor training effectiveness.
- Coordinate induction, safety training and skill-development programs.

6.Performance & Employee Engagement

- Support performance appraisal and employee development activities.
- Conduct employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives and recognition programs.

7.HR MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily/monthly HR MIS.
- Monitor headcount, attrition, absenteeism, overtime, manpower cost and recruitment status.

8.HR Administration

1. Manage uniforms, ID cards, transportation, canteen, housekeeping and other employee welfare facilities.
2. Coordinate with safety, medical and facility-management teams.
