Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for US IT staffing, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview schedules, and evaluation criteria.
- Conduct technical interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in HR Operations or Recruitment industry.
- Robust understanding of US IT recruitment market trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workday or similar tools.
