Position: HR Executive

Location: Ahmedabad | In office Experience: 2-3 Years

Working Days: Monday-Friday | 9:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Role Overview We are looking for a confident, proactive, and people-oriented HR Executive who can independently manage recruitment and HR operations.

70% Recruitment | 30% HR Operations Key Responsibilities Recruitment -

- Handle end-to-end Technical & Non-Technical recruitment.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, iSmart, referrals, and headhunting.
- Resume screening, HR discussions, interview coordination, follow-ups, and offer management.
- Manage multiple and urgent hiring requirements.





HR Operations -

- Handle employee queries and grievances.
- Manage onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Coordinate with management and internal teams on HR-related matters.

What We’re Looking For,
- 2-3 years of relevant HR experience with strong recruitment exposure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, bold, and proactive personality.
- Strong employee-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, take ownership, and work independently.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
