Role Summary Were looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations.

Most of the role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across the organization.

Reporting to: HR Manager

Location: Mumbai (Bandra West)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding hiring requirements to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Handle bulk hiring as well as individual recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and selection criteria.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
- Screen resumes,



conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Recruit for diverse roles across varied industries and business functions.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain regular candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Support salary discussions, reference checks, offer negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain applicant databases, and share regular hiring updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.

Candidate Profile

- MBA full time
- Around 5 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on recruitment experience.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies and working with hiring managers.
- Good knowledge of sourcing methods, interview coordination, and recruitment practices.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR or applicant-tracking systems.
