- Conduct market mapping and salary benchmarking to support competitive hiring decisions.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts.

- Coordinate campus hiring, walk-ins, and recruitment drives for junior to mid-level roles.

- Ensure compliance with recruitment SOPs and background verification protocols.

- Partner with business heads and HRBPs to understand manpower requirements and forecast hiring needs.
