HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Hiring Vertical | LAP

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner closely with the LAP business vertical and drive people initiatives aligned with business objectives. The role will work closely with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, performance management and overall people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with business leaders and functional heads across the LAP business to understand manpower requirements and people-related priorities.

- Drive workforce planning and talent acquisition in coordination with the recruitment team.
- Support hiring for frontline, mid-level and leadership positions across the LAP business.
- Understand business structures, productivity requirements and manpower budgets to ensure effective workforce deployment.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and provide insights on people-related matters.
- Drive employee engagement, retention and performance management initiatives.
- Monitor attrition trends and work with business teams to identify key retention interventions.
- Support performance review, goal setting and talent development processes.
- Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders on employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary matters.




- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes across the business.
- Track key HR metrics including headcount, hiring, attrition, productivity, performance and employee engagement.
- Work closely with HR COEs such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, L&D; and HR Operations.
- Provide regular HR dashboards and MIS to business and HR leadership.
- Support organizational restructuring, new business initiatives and change management as required.

Key Skills & Competencies

* Strong understanding of BFSI / NBFC / Lending business, preferably LAP/Home Loans.

- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in handling sales and frontline workforce is preferred.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment, performance management, employee engagement and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven business environment.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 6–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within BFSI/NBFC/Lending.
- Candidates with experience supporting LAP / Mortgage / Home Loan business will be preferred.
- Should have strong exposure to partnering with Sales and Business teams across multiple locations.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
