Bhuvaneswari Tex is looking for an experienced HR & Compliance Manager in garment manufacturing field to oversee HR operations, statutory compliance, employee welfare, and labour-related requirements across our garment manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR operations, employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory requirements.
- Handle social compliance audits, inspections, and documentation.
- Oversee employee welfare, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR & Compliance, preferably in the garment industry.
- Robust knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, factory regulations, and HR practices.
- Experience handling social compliance audits and buyer requirements will be an advantage.
