ROLE OVERVIEW

TRUSTKLUB Consulting is looking for an HR Executive to manage internal hiring, campus recruitment and HR operations. The role requires solid coordination, communication and people-management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end internal recruitment.
- Source through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Screen profiles, coordinate interviews and follow up on offers and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.

Campus Hiring

- Connect with colleges and placement cells for fresher and internship hiring.
- Coordinate campus drives, interviews and selection processes.
- Build relationships with educational institutions.




- Maintain a database of colleges and campus candidates.

HR Operations

- Manage onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support internship and exit processes.
- Assist with employee engagement and HR communication.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably in HR or Management.
- Experience in Internal Recruitment / HR Operations preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable handling multiple HR responsibilities.
