About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HRBP Intern to support the HR function across our OwnHospital Division. The intern will work closely with hospital HR, unit leadership, and employees to supportday-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and people-related initiatives.This role will provide hands-on exposure to HR Business Partnering within a healthcare/hospital workplace.Key Responsibilities● Support the HR team in managing day-to-day HR activities across hospital units.● Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.● Coordinate with employees and hospital managers for HR-related queries and concerns.● Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication initiatives.● Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, HR trackers, and MIS.● Support attendance, leave,



and employee data management.● Coordinate with different hospital departments to understand and address employee-relatedrequirements.● Assist in employee grievance handling and issue resolution under the guidance of the HR team.● Support performance management, employee feedback, and HRBP initiatives.● Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to identify trends and support decision-making.● Participate in employee connect initiatives, engagement surveys, and retention activities.● Support hospital HR in ensuring adherence to internal HR policies and processes.● Assist with any other HR projects or initiatives related to the Own Hospital Division
