HR Trainee - Fresher
Bcom/MHRM/MBA in HR with strong communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
1. Searching and Shortlisting right Candidates for required post
2. Conducting Direct and Telephonic Interview .
3. Provide Offer letters and documents list for the hired employees .
4. Assisting new hires and management process including documentation, tracking, and gathering required information as needed.
5. HR Induction Programmes.
6. Employee Data filing.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
