Description: EMEA Benefit Administration (10am to 7pm)

To work on HR related process in managing compensation and benefits related processes and activities for EMEA & NA region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring daily service delivery standards are achieved while performing various routine transactional tasks, annual and adhoc projects for HR Operations. Develop a basic knowledge of the HR systems and processes to perform your job.

Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements within your defined scope of work. Work cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers and become a contributing member of the team.

- Own the employee compensation and benefit administration in accordance with the specific policies, guidelines, and processes for respective countries/regions.
- Follow a structured approach to plan the benefit operations activities in line with the annual employee perks calendar.

Review/Update and thoroughly follow the SOPs including process maps and RACI, process methodologies, metrics and timelines while working on various compensation and benefit activities.
- Good working relationship within the team and with various stakeholders like Total Rewards, country HR team, payroll, finance, and vendor to ensure process is working efficiently.
- Provide query support by resolving all queries raised by employees, vendors and other stakeholders and ensures customer centric approach.
- Ensuring all deliverables are in line with the agreed business KPIs and SLAs.
- Provide process improvement ideas and suggestions which will increase efficiency and quality, reduce waste.
- Provide support and coordination on various projects and activities related to the employee benefit operations.
- Research and analyze benefits plans, programs, and policies.

• Prepares data for compensation and benefits analysis.
