We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Recruiter to join team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle recruitment practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently attract toptier IT talent.

This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to attract top-tier IT talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both contract and permanent IT roles.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), skilled networks, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in IT recruitment, including a solid understanding of diverse tech roles, skill sets, and industry standards.




- Interact effectively with clients to understand their technical requirements and staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3-5 years of dedicated experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of Oracle recruitment practices.
- Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
