- Contact candidates regarding available job openings.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Explain job profiles, salary packages, and interview procedures to candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities.
Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
