Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Understand client requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback, selection, and joining.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely vacancy closure.

Required Skills

Graduate in any discipline.





Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
