HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition
Locations:
? Mumbai: Charkop, Kandivali West – Sector 5
? Bangalore: Hosur Road, Munireddy Layout – 560068
Experience: 6 months minimum
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Timings: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000–₹17,000/month
Key Responsibilities
* Handle basic end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR calls.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Manage offers and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate database, trackers, and recruitment reports.
Requirements
* 6+ months of recruitment experience.
- Good communication and sourcing skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
