HR Recruiter

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Recruitment

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining.
- Understand client requirements and work on relevant positions.




- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
