Job Responsibilities

- Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle from client requirement to candidate onboarding.
- Understand JDs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Database, References, Networking & Head Hunting.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and manage feedback.
- Handle salary negotiations and ensure candidate joining.
- Maintain candidate/client records and build strong relationships.
