Job Summary

ORG LINKED is hiring a proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, identifying top talent across diverse functions, and delivering excellent candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri), LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and assess candidate fitment against client job profiles.
- Schedule and coordinate client-candidate interviews, ensuring smooth communication throughout.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Negotiate salary offers and follow up with candidates until successful onboarding.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing positions across entry-to-mid levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
