HR Recruiter (Night Shift) – Freshers Welcome

Location: Patliputra Colony, Patna, Bihar

Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

Working Days: Monday to Friday

INA Solution Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as HR Recruiters (Night Shift) . This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Candidates will receive guidance and support to develop their recruitment skills and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and interest in opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate information and update recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with team members to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with 0–6 months of experience in recruitment or customer service may also apply.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in a night shift from the office.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced workplace.
