Naga Limited is a growing FMCG company focused on delivering quality products to consumers. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in sales recruitment to join our HR team.

Job Summary The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for sales positions across various locations. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates for field sales and FMCG sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales positions across multiple locations.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Recruit for positions such as Sales Representatives, Sales Executives, Sales Officers, Senior Sales Officers, and Business Development Executives.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely interview attendance.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline to meet sales hiring requirements within the stipulated timelines.
- Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing, interview conversion, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.

Required Skills

- Experience in sales recruitment, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Hands-on experience using Naukri and other job portals.
- Valuable sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Educational Qualification Any graduate; an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

1–5 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably with exposure to field sales or FMCG sales hiring.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
