We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our manufacturing and engineering requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, consultants, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Follow up with candidates regarding feedback, salary negotiations, and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
