Responsible for sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, databases and references, and screening candidates as per client requirements.
Conduct candidate calls/interviews, explain job profiles, coordinate interviews with clients, and maintain regular candidate follow-ups until joining.
Build candidate pipelines, achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets, and maintain proper recruitment records.
Pay: ₹5,400.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
