Key Responsibilities

- 06 months-3 years of experience in NONIT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition with solid end-to-end hiring expertise.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, market mapping, and recruitment metrics.
- Ability to manage NON IT requirements in banking & financial Domain and meet defined hiring TATs.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment and deliver quality profiles within timelines.

Ideal Candidate 06 Months -3 years of NONIT recruitment experience with added experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H). .

Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation.

Proven experience in sourcing and hiring talent across diverse NON IT in Banking & Financial domains such as KYC/AML, trade, Fund, Capital market, Asset services, Financial analyst & Accounts payable ectc.
