Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements for different roles across domestic and international processes
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates as per requirements using job portals and through campus hiring
- Drive bulk/ volume hiring and ensure timely closures
- Maintain hiring trackers and ensure process efficiency

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience into recruitment
- Hands-on experience with sourcing portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
- Experience into bulk/ volume hiring and leadership hiring preferred
- Ability to work in flexible working schedules
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target driven setting
