Job Summary :

ClickSoft Solutions is hiring an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–4 years of internal hiring experience, preferably in U.S. IT Staffing or Consulting.

The role involves end-to-end recruitment for internal positions, including Bench Sales Recruiters, U.S. HR Operations Executives, U.S. Immigration Specialists, Talent Acquisition Executives, Account Managers, Business Development, Payroll, and Operations roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end internal recruitment.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
- Understand hiring requirements and create/publish job postings.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Evaluate communication skills and U.S. Staffing knowledge.
- Coordinate virtual and face-to-face interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback.
- Handle salary discussions, negotiation, and offer coordination.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.
- Build talent pools and referral networks.
- Reduce candidate no-shows and offer dropouts through regular follow-ups.




- Work with management to close positions within timelines.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of internal recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience hiring for U.S. IT Staffing or Consulting companies.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Staffing roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Experience with interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
- Knowledge of salary negotiation and offer management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- ATS experience is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad during U.S. night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous internal hiring experience in U.S. Staffing.
- Experience hiring Bench Sales Recruiters, U.S. IT Recruiters, HR Operations, and Immigration Executives.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri Resdex.
- Strong professional network within Hyderabad's U.S. Staffing industry.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment from sourcing through joining.
