: HR Executive – FMCG
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Coordinate training, performance reviews, and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
- Support daily HR operations and workforce management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Experience in HR, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Positive communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labour compliance Experience:
- 1–3 years preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
