Job Summary

ClickSoft Solutions is hiring an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in internal hiring, preferably for U.S. IT Staffing companies.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, LinkedIn sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

The role focuses on hiring internal employees for U.S. Staffing operations, including recruiters, HR Operations executives, immigration specialists, bench sales recruiters, account managers, and other internal business support positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal positions within the organization.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
- Hire candidates for roles including:
- Bench Sales Recruiters
- U.S. HR Operations Executives
- U.S. Immigration Specialists
- Talent Acquisition Executives
- Account Managers / Business Development Executives
- Payroll and Operations Executives
- Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from management.
- Publish job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes based on relevant experience, technical knowledge, communication, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Evaluate candidates' communication skills and U.S. staffing knowledge.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and face-to-face interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview feedback.




- Handle salary discussions, negotiation, and offer coordination.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding with the HR Operations team.
- Build a solid referral network and talent pool for future hiring.
- Reduce candidate no-shows and offer dropouts through regular follow-ups.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Work closely with management to close hiring requirements within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in internal recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience hiring for U.S. IT Staffing or Consulting companies.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. staffing roles and their responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Experience with interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
- Good understanding of salary negotiation and offer management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Experience working with ATS or recruitment management systems is preferred.
- Willingness to work in office in Hyderabad during U.S. night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous internal hiring experience in a U.S. Staffing company.
- Experience hiring Bench Sales Recruiters, U.S. IT Recruiters, HR Operations, and Immigration Executives.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri Resdex.
- Strong professional network within Hyderabad's U.S. Staffing industry.
- Ability to independently handle recruitment requirements from sourcing through joining.
