About The Role SPADTEK Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a HR Recruiter Intern who is enthusiastic about building a career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition . The intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess basic skills, experience, salary, location, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters/clients.
- Maintain and update candidate details in recruitment trackers and ATS/CRM systems.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, documentation, and joining status.




- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving daily sourcing and submission targets.
- Maintain proper records of candidate communication and recruitment status.
- Assist with other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as required.

Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of internship/recruitment experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making candidate calls and communicating professionally.
- Basic knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, or other job portals.
- Valuable sourcing and candidate identification skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work from office and learn recruitment processes.
