Job Overview

Neeraj Bhagat & Co. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Fresher/Intern to join our team. The candidate will assist in recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job openings and interview schedules.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements

- Freshers and candidates looking for HR internships are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and job portals is preferred.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
