Position: HR Recruiter – Facility Management Industry

Location: Guindy, Chennai

Required Experience:

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
- Facility Management (FM) industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar positions.
- Positive communication in English

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various Facility Management positions.
- Recruit Facility Managers, Assistant Facility Managers, Operations Managers, Technical Engineers, Housekeeping, Security, and other FM professionals.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, employee referrals, and recruitment groups.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.




- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up on interview feedback and candidate selection.
- Negotiate salaries and coordinate offer releases.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and support onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.
- Interested candidates can share their updated resumes.
