Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up on salary negotiations, offers, and candidate joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Required Skills:

- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and other job portals.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or non-IT recruitment preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
