Job Title: Sr. Talent Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, India

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Ahmedabad. In this role, youll manage the full recruitment lifecyclesourcing, screening, and onboardingto ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hiring Optometrist/Store manager and Sales Associates for Gujarat & MPCG location
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.




- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on hiring metrics.
- Should be open for travelling to campus hiring/stores for walkin interviews & other HR Field activity

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in bulk hiring.
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Good with email writing
- Possess knowledge in MS Excel.
