Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month, based on experience

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist / Senior Recruiter with a robust background in recruitment agencies, consultancies, or staffing firms. The ideal candidate should have robust experience handling multiple industries, diverse profiles, bulk hiring mandates, and PAN-India recruitment. The candidate must be comfortable independently managing multiple requirements while working against recruitment targets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries and job functions.
- Handle bulk hiring and multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously.
- Source candidates for diverse positions across PAN-India locations.
- Handle multiple profiles ranging from entry-level to mid and senior-level positions.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, headhunting, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, negotiations, and offer closures.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database/repository across industries and locations.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
- Manage recruitment targets, TATs, pipelines, and daily/weekly recruitment MIS.




- Independently manage requirements from sourcing through successful joining.
- Where applicable, contribute to client sourcing and business development activities.

Mandatory Requirements

- 3–5 years of recruitment experience – Mandatory.
- Recruitment agency / consultancy / staffing experience – Mandatory.
- Robust recruitment experience across multiple industries.
- Strong experience in bulk/volume hiring.
- Proven ability to handle multiple profiles and mandates simultaneously.
- Strong PAN-India geographical recruitment exposure.
- Excellent sourcing, headhunting, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience handling mid to senior-level positions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment targets and closures.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, recruitment expertise, and overall suitability.
