Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive with 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing, leave and attendance management, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should be capable of independently handling routine HR activities and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly payroll processing and salary calculations.
- Handle employee attendance, leave records, and attendance regularization.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and payroll data.
- Manage payroll inputs, including overtime, deductions, incentives, and other salary components.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance activities, as applicable.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, and HR policies.
- Prepare attendance reports, payroll sheets,



and other HR MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the Finance and HR teams for timely salary processing.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned HR tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in payroll, leave and attendance, and HR operations.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and payroll-related calculations.
- Familiarity with PF, ESIC, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage HR operations independently and meet deadlines.
