Payroll Management

•Process monthly payroll for all employees including full & final settlements

•Manage salary structures, CTC breakups, reimbursements, and variable pay

•Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and reconciliation

•Maintain payroll records and generate MIS reports

Statutory Compliance

•Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF — monthly filings and annual returns

•Handle TDS on salaries (Form 16, 24Q filings) in coordination with Finance

•Ensure compliance with the Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act,

•Gratuity Act, Maternity Benefit Act, and Shops & Establishment Act

•Liaise with PF/ESI authorities for inspections, notices, and audits

•Track and implement changes in labour laws and update policies accordingly

HR Operations

•Maintain employee master data and HRIS accuracy

•Manage onboarding/exit documentation from a compliance standpoint





•Support internal and external audits

What We’re Looking For

•Postgraduate degree in Human Resources.

•3–6 years of post-MBA experience in IT services or product organizations.

•Experience in PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Labour Laws.

•Hands-on experience in learning needs analysis, strategy design, and instructional design.

•Attention to detail, confidentiality, deadline-driven

•Zero payroll errors / on-time processing

•100% statutory filing compliance within due dates

•Zero penalty notices from regulatory authorities
