Job Overview SPADTEK Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a HR Operations Intern to support day-to-day HR activities and assist the HR team with employee coordination, documentation, attendance, onboarding, and other operational processes.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of HR processes, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced work workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day HR Operations and administrative activities.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, trackers, and HR databases.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and employee-related data management.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related requirements and queries.
- Support the HR team in preparing reports, MIS, and daily/weekly trackers.




- Assist with joining formalities, document collection, and verification.
- Coordinate with internal teams for employee-related activities.
- Support recruitment and interview coordination whenever required.
- Assist in maintaining proper HR documentation and records.
- Follow company policies and ensure timely completion of assigned HR tasks.

Required Skills
- 6 months of internship experience in HR/HR Operations is required.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / MS Office.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work Work From Office from Madhapur, Hyderabad.
- Comfortable working in the 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST shift.
