We are seeking an HR Operations professional with solid Hire-to-Retire (H2R) experience, hands-on Workday expertise, ServiceNow exposure and experience supporting US immigration/visa-related processes and compliance activities.
Role: HR Operations Specialist supporting the AMER region.
Shift time: 1:30 PM 10:30 PM IST.
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote).
Interview Process: 3 Rounds (includes 1 F2F Interview)
Candidates should be flexible to extend working hours during business peaks, compliance cycles, and high-volume periods.
Must Have
4+ years of HR Operations / HR Shared Services experience
End-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle experience
Hands-on Workday experience ( min1+ Yrs)
Exposure to ServiceNow or any other HR ticketing systems
Experience supporting US Immigration / Visa-related processes
HR reporting and compliance experience
Strong employee query resolution and case management skills
