We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing onboarding processes, payroll activities, and maintaining accurate employee records. Strong proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding: Coordinate new hire documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Complete onboarding formalities of new joinee.

Maintain employee records in HR systems. Payroll Support

Collect and verify attendance and leave data for payroll processing. Assist in preparing payroll reports and resolving discrepancies. Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement support.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Attributes: Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Basic knowledge of HR processes and payroll systems (added advantage).
