Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. HR Manager to lead the HR team, coordinate with site teams, manage statutory compliances, and take complete ownership of end-to-end salary preparation, attendance reporting, payroll processing, and KPI management for senior site employees.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead and manage the HR team and monitor day-to-day HR activities.
- Coordinate with site teams for attendance, overtime, leave, manpower details, and monthly payroll inputs.
- Extract and review biometric attendance data and prepare monthly attendance reports.
- Prepare attendance summaries, absenteeism reports, overtime reports, and other HR MIS reports.
- Independently handle complete monthly salary preparation, including salary calculations, attendance reconciliation, overtime, incentives, deductions, and final salary sheets.
- Reconcile biometric attendance data with site records and resolve discrepancies before payroll finalization.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing for employees across multiple sites.
- Prepare and monitor KPIs for senior employees at site, coordinate with site management for KPI targets, track performance, and maintain KPI review reports.
- Coordinate with management and site teams for performance reviews and KPI-based incentive calculations, wherever applicable.
- Handle PF-related work,



including UAN issues, PF claims, exit updates, and coordination with PF consultants.
- Manage statutory compliances, including PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, and other applicable labour compliances.
- Maintain payroll records, employee data, attendance records, salary statements, KPI reports, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with Accounts for payroll verification and salary disbursement.
- Resolve employee salary and attendance-related queries and ensure timely closure of pending HR matters.

Required Qualifications & Skills:-

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliances.
- Strong hands-on experience in complete salary preparation and payroll processing is mandatory.
- Experience in extracting biometric data and preparing attendance and salary reports.
- Practical knowledge of PF processes and statutory compliance management.
- Experience in preparing and monitoring KPIs for senior site employees.
- Experience in team management and coordination with multiple site locations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, payroll systems, and HR MIS reporting.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
