Role Description This is a full time, on-site HR Manager / Senior HR Manager role based in Palwal. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and payroll coordination.

The HR Manager / Senior HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies, maintain statutory compliance, manage employee relations, and support leadership in workforce planning. Daily responsibilities include handling HR documentation, coordinating training and development programs, managing attendance and leave records, and resolving employee queries in a fair and confidential manner.



The role also requires partnering with management to foster a positive work culture that supports productivity, safety, and professional growth.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and payroll coordination
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and handling employee relations and grievance resolution
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances relevant to manufacturing or print/retail environments
- Ability to design and execute training and development initiatives, competency mapping, and career progression frameworks
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and maintaining accurate HR data and documentation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills, with the ability to interact across all levels
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; prior experience in a similar HR leadership role is preferred
