Hanu Reddy Odyssey is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager – Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the organisation.

- Recruit Realtors, Sales Professionals and Corporate Staff.

- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.

- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, offers and joining formalities.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

- Handle recruitment requirements across multiple locations.

- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with respective teams for timely hiring.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

- Ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
