Job Title: HR Manager

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary Range: Rs.35,000 – Rs 40,000 p.m.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage HR operations and employee administration at our corrugated box manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment and manpower planning for factory operations.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Manage contract labour and coordinate with manpower agencies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate with production and management for manpower requirements.
- Monitor absenteeism, employee performance,



and workforce discipline.
- Support factory administration and employee welfare activities.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification preferred.
- Experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or factory operations.
- Knowledge of labour laws, payroll, attendance, and contract labour management.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage factory workers and handle day-to-day HR operations.
