Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced HR Manager with strong expertise in Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, Labour Laws, and Labour Licensing.

The ideal candidate should have independently handled end-to-end HR operations and statutory requirements for corporate, manufacturing, construction, staffing, or contract manpower environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, attendance, leave, salary inputs, deductions, F&F; settlements, bonus and gratuity.
- Ensure timely compliance with EPF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Handle statutory registrations, renewals, amendments and returns.
- Independently manage labour licences and compliance under:
- Shops & Establishments (S&E;)
- Contract Labour (CLRA)
- Inter-State Migrant Workmen (ISMW)
- Building & Other Construction Workers (BOCW)
- Maintain statutory registers, records,



notices and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with Labour Department, EPFO, ESIC and other government authorities.
- Handle labour inspections, notices, assessments and statutory audits.
- Ensure contractor and subcontractor compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Monitor minimum wages, overtime, working hours, leave, bonus, gratuity and other statutory requirements.
- Conduct periodic HR & statutory compliance audits and close identified gaps.
- Support management on labour-law matters and compliance risks.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, consultants and government officials.
- Maintain accurate MIS and compliance trackers and submit periodic reports to management.
- Lead and guide the HR/Payroll/Compliance team for smooth day-to-day operations.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
