- Manage employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with Employees' State Insurance and Employees' Provident Fund regulations.
- Register eligible employees under ESI and generate insurance numbers.
- Handle PF registration and generate UAN for employees.
- Process monthly payroll with accurate ESI & PF deductions.
- File monthly returns through Employees' State Insurance Corporation and Employees' Provident Fund Organisation portals.
- Ensure timely deposit of employer and employee contributions.
- Maintain statutory records and documents for audits and inspections.
- Assist employees with ESI claims, PF withdrawals, and transfers.
- Stay updated with labor laws and handle compliance-related queries.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
